Our specialized programs provide thorough treatment for individuals facing mental health or substance abuse challenges. By addressing both the physical and psychological aspects of each condition, we empower individuals to regain control of their lives and attain lasting wellness. PROGRAMS

Dual Diagnosis

Integrated treatment that addresses mental health and substance abuse challenges simultaneously to facilitate sustainable recovery and healing.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

A comprehensive outpatient treatment program that balances daily responsibilities with weekly individual and group therapy. IOP requires a minimum commitment of 10.5 hours per week.

Day Program (PHP)

A structured program that allows individuals to maintain their independence and living arrangements during treatment. The Day Program requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

A non-invasive treatment utilizing magnetic pulses to target and stimulate specific areas of the brain, helping individuals manage and alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Sarah Baker MS, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Chemical Dependency Professional who is passionate about her work with those affected by Substance Use and Co-occurring Disorders. After earning a B.S. in Psychology and Outdoor Studies and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Alaska Pacific University, she has held various roles in addiction treatment including her current role as Executive Director at Nulife Behavioral Health, as well as Community Liaison, and Clinical Representative for Integrity, and was appointed to the Compliance Leadership Committee at Providence Health and Services.

Shaelyn Sibley

As a current graduate student at Merrimack College in pursuit of a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Shaelyn Sibley has a passion for working in the mental health field. After graduating from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts in 2022, Shaelyn has worked in two school systems with children living with autism, as well as the locked adolescent continuous care unit at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital. At NuLife, Shaelyn specializes in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and works with the executive director to create a safe and progressive environment for all clients recovering from mental health and addiction.
