At NuLife Framingham, we understand that mental health and substance use disorders affect each individual uniquely. That’s why we take an individualized approach to treatment, crafting personalized care plans to meet you where you’re at in your journey.

Levels of Care to Support Your Needs Our comprehensive treatment programs offer varying levels of intensity to ensure you receive the right level of support.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): For those needing more than basic outpatient care but not requiring 24/7 residential treatment, our PHP provides 30+ hours per week of individual and group therapy, as well as evidence-based treatments like biofeedback, biosound therapy, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Designed for those who have completed PHP or need intensive support while maintaining work or school commitments, our IOP offers 12 hours per week of therapeutic services, including individual/group therapy and additional modalities like 12-step support.

Outpatient Treatment: As the least intensive level of care, our outpatient program is ideal for those who have finished a higher level of treatment and are ready to integrate recovery into their everyday lives. You’ll continue receiving individual and group therapy, plus wellness activities to aid your ongoing healing.

Addressing Your Unique Needs Whether you’re struggling with a substance use disorder, a mental health condition, or a co-occurring disorder, our evidence-based treatment approaches are tailored to your specific challenges.

Our programs include individual and group therapy, drawing from techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused care. We also incorporate holistic modalities like yoga, art/music therapy, and wilderness therapy to promote whole-person wellness.
